I am a collaboration and Unified Communications professional with 14+ years of experience across enterprise video conferencing, AV-NOC operations, Pexip Infinity, Microsoft Teams/CVI, Microsoft 365, SIP/H.323 and infrastructure deployment.
As Manager – Technology at Unified Collaboration Services LLP, I lead technical delivery, customer demonstrations, proof of concepts, installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and service operations. I work closely with customer stakeholders, infrastructure teams, OEMs and service providers to design, validate and support reliable collaboration environments.
